Quick answer

This page answers the most common Lungora questions in one place.

They are grouped by topic: the product, the label, how to take it, safety and interactions, buying and refunds. If a question is not here, the order desk can take it directly.

How to use this page

Eight groups, one bottle

Skim the table, then jump to the group that matches your question.

This page exists because the bottle raises more questions than its own four-line label can answer. Some of these came up while working through the panel line by line, checking a number against a citation, or comparing the front-of-bottle wording against what the ingredients are actually studied for. Others are the plainer questions anyone weighing whether to buy a lung-named supplement should be asking before they do, about price, refunds and who is actually selling it to them. Every answer below tries to give a real number where one exists, a source where the claim needs one, and a plain admission when the label simply does not say.

Questions are grouped by topic rather than by how often they get asked, so you can jump straight to the section that matches what actually brought you here instead of scrolling past thirty questions to find the one you came with. Thirty-two questions sit across the eight groups below; none of them repeats a sentence you will find word for word on any other page of this site.

Reading the answers against the label

Lungora Supplement Facts panel, cropped from the printed label

Most of these answers trace back to this one panel

Serving size one capsule, 30 servings per container, magnesium at 80 mg (19% DV), and a 575 mg proprietary blend holding six named ingredients with no individual amounts. Almost every question below either explains one of those lines or explains what is missing from it.

Where an answer needs more room than a paragraph, it links out to the full page: the ingredient breakdown, the panel walkthrough, or the interactions page.

One rule holds across every answer here: a number nobody published is written as missing, never estimated to sound more complete than the label actually is. That is true of the six blend amounts, the country of manufacture, and the certifying body behind every seal on the front of the box.

At a glance

Three numbers worth keeping in mind before you scroll

The one number that checks out

Magnesium at 80 mg is the only measured amount on the panel, and it is also the one that raises the blend-arithmetic question the second group below walks through.

The one system that runs on its own

Mucus, cilia and immune cells clear a pair of lungs continuously, with or without a capsule involved. The lung-question group below is the physiology behind that sentence.

The one clock worth watching

Sixty days to decide, against ingredient research that commonly runs eight to twenty-four weeks. The refunds group below covers what that timing actually means for a bigger kit.

The product, the label, the lungs, taking it

Every question, grouped: part one

The product

What exactly is Lungora?

A once-daily dietary supplement sold as a lung cleanse formula, in vegetable capsules, 30 to a bottle. It is a magnesium and antioxidant blend, not a medicine, and it is not FDA-approved.

What does the front of the bottle actually say?

Four lines: "Lung Cleanse Formula," "Supports respiratory health and promotes natural lung detoxification," "Supports Healthy Lung Function," and "Promotes Respiratory Cleansing & Immunity," each marked with an asterisk to the FDA disclaimer.

Who makes Lungora?

The label names no manufacturer and no country of manufacture. The only production-side detail printed is a distributor block: lungora, Aurora, CO 80011.

Is Golungora the same company as Lungora?

No. Golungora is an authorized US retailer for Lungora, not the manufacturer and not the Colorado label distributor. That distinction matters for who can see your order and who ships your bottle.

The label and the arithmetic

Why is the blend arithmetic a concern?

Magnesium glycinate is roughly 10 to 14.1% elemental magnesium by weight, so delivering the printed 80 mg needs about 570 to 800 mg of the compound, against a blend that is only 575 mg total for six ingredients.

Could the label still be accurate?

Yes, if the magnesium glycinate used is a buffered blend with a higher elemental share than the pure chelate figure. That would loosen the maths considerably. The label does not say which it is, so a reader cannot check it either way.

Why doesn't the label print an amount for each of the six ingredients?

US supplement rules allow a single total for a named blend instead of individual amounts, as long as the ingredients are listed by weight, heaviest first. This label uses that allowance for everything except magnesium.

Do any of the trial doses for these ingredients match what's likely in this blend?

No. Alpha lipoic acid trials commonly use 600 mg to 1,200 mg a day, L-carnitine 1 to 4 grams, curcumin 500 to 1,000 mg, and CoQ10 100 to 300 mg, per Jibril et al., 2022 and Raizner et al., 2019, each alone at or above the entire 575 mg total.

The lung question

Does Lungora clean out my lungs?

No. Lungs clear themselves continuously through mucus, cilia and immune cells, and the American Lung Association states plainly that lung detox products are largely unproven, per American et al., 2024. No swallowed capsule performs a lung cleanse.

Is there a respiratory ingredient anywhere in the blend?

Not on the panel. Butcher's broom is studied for veins and leg swelling, and the other five are studied for metabolic, joint, nerve and cardiac outcomes. None was tested for a lung or breathing endpoint.

What about magnesium and asthma? I've heard they're connected.

Intravenous magnesium does reduce hospital admissions during severe asthma attacks, per American et al., 2021. That is a drip given in an emergency department, not an oral 80 mg capsule taken at home, and the two are not interchangeable.

What does actually help lungs, if not this?

NHLBI lists not smoking, avoiding air pollution, staying active, a healthy weight, and regular checkups and vaccines, with no supplement on the list, per National Heart, 2024.

Taking it

How many capsules do I take, and when?

One capsule a day. The label names no time of day and no drink; published listings suggest water at a consistent time, which is a habit tip, not a label rule.

What if I forget a day?

Skip the missed day and take your normal single capsule the next day. There is no catch-up dose described anywhere on this label.

Can I take two at once to make up for a missed day?

No. The caution line says not to exceed the recommended dose, and two at once is exceeding it by definition, regardless of how good the reason feels.

How should I store the bottle?

Somewhere cool and dry, below 30°C (86°F), away from bathroom steam and car heat, with the safety seal checked before the first capsule comes out.

Every question, grouped: part two

Safety and interactions

Who should ask a clinician before taking this?

Anyone on warfarin or another blood thinner, anyone on diabetes medicine, and anyone already taking a magnesium supplement. Each of those interacts with something specific in this blend.

I have asthma or COPD. Can I take it alongside my treatment?

Do not treat this as part of that treatment. Nothing on this label or in the research behind its ingredients manages a diagnosed lung condition, and every prescribed medicine should stay exactly as your clinician set it up.

I smoke. Will this help my lungs while I keep smoking?

No, and the money is better spent on quitting support. Quitting is the one step with a measurable effect on lung clearance; nothing in this bottle offsets smoking.

Can it interact with my medication?

CoQ10 has a reported, since-questioned interaction with warfarin, and alpha lipoic acid can lower blood sugar and, rarely, trigger insulin autoimmune syndrome, per Li et al., 2021. Mention any new supplement to whoever manages those prescriptions.

Buying

How much does Lungora cost?

$178 for two bottles, $216 for three, or $294 for six, checked against the official checkout on September 30, 2026. Shipping is free on the three and six-bottle kits; the two-bottle kit adds a charge at checkout.

Which kit is the best value?

The six-bottle kit works out to about $49 a bottle, the lowest per-bottle price of the three, but it also means the most capsules used after the refund window has closed.

Where does Lungora ship from?

From the US, unless the sales page states otherwise. Tracking arrives by email once the order is placed; no delivery-window promise is published to check that against.

Is Golungora the only place to buy it?

It is the authorized retailer this site links to. Marketplace resellers and unrelated ads may also list it, with their own, unverified refund terms; buying through an authorized checkout is the only way to be sure the 60-day guarantee applies.

Refunds

How long do I have to request a refund?

60 days from the purchase date, unless the sales page prints a longer window at the time you order. The buyer pays return shipping.

How do I actually claim a refund?

Call or email the order desk with your order ID. Returns go to 299 Park Avenue, Floor 21, New York, NY 10171, USA with your full name, email and order ID enclosed.

How long does the refund take once I return it?

3-5 business days after the return is credited, then 5-10 days to show on the card, once the returned bottles are received and credited.

Is the money-back guarantee a medical promise?

No. It is a purchase policy about the transaction, not a statement that the product works. It says nothing about breathing, lung function or any health outcome.

This site

Does Golungora manufacture Lungora?

No. Golungora is an authorized US retailer for Lungora. It is not the manufacturer, and it is not the Colorado label distributor named on the bottle.

Does this site earn money if I buy?

Yes. Order buttons lead to the official checkout, and a commission reaches this site on a completed sale. That is disclosed here rather than hidden, and it is part of why the blend arithmetic sits on the main pages rather than buried.

Why doesn't this site show star ratings or customer reviews?

The material supplied for this product marks its review figures as layout copy, not real feedback. Publishing invented reviews for a product named after an organ is the specific thing this site will not do.

Who writes and checks these pages?

The Golungora Editorial Desk. No physician, doctor or clinic is invented anywhere on this site, in line with the same rule that keeps unverified claims off the label pages.

Next steps

If your question wasn't on this page

Thirty-two answers is a lot to hold at once, so here are three narrower pages if one topic above is really what brought you here. Each one goes deeper than a FAQ answer has room for, with the full arithmetic, the full ingredient-by-ingredient safety picture, or the full mechanics of a refund, rather than the two or three sentences this page can spare for each.
