What this site collects, and what it hands off to someone else
This site does not take your card, address or order details; that happens on the seller's own checkout at getlungora.com, away from golungora.com entirely. It does not run tracking cookies or an ad pixel. What it does hold is any email you send to the website inbox. For a copy, a correction or a deletion of that email, write to the same address; for anything about an order, call the order desk.
What this site collects, and what it hands off to someone else
Two different companies touch a Lungora order. This page is only about the one that publishes these pages.
| What people usually wonder about | Held by this site? | Where it actually lives |
|---|---|---|
| Your name, shipping address, phone number | No | Typed directly into the seller's checkout at getlungora.com |
| Card or bank details | Never | Entered on that same checkout, handled by its payment processor |
| Order status, tracking number, refund progress | No | Held by the order desk |
| An email you send to the website inbox | Yes | Sits in that inbox until it is answered, then kept a reasonable while for our own records |
| Which pages you loaded, roughly when | Basic server logs only | Standard for most web hosting; not tied to a name or used to build a profile |
| A marketing cookie or ad-network pixel | No | This site's own code does not load one |
What this site does not do
- It does not ask for a card number, a bank detail or a password anywhere on golungora.com.
- It does not load a third-party advertising pixel or a behavioral tracker of its own.
- It does not sell, rent or trade personal information for money.
- It cannot see your order, your tracking number or your refund status; only the order desk can.
That last point surprises people. This is an editorial and retail-affiliate site, not the order system, so a question that starts with an order number belongs with the order desk, not with the website inbox.
Where an order actually goes

Clicking an order button on this site does one thing: it hands you to a different website. Every buy link here, like the one below, points to the seller's own checkout at getlungora.com, and the page you land on belongs to that company, not to golungora.com.
Your name, address and card go into fields on that page, not this one. The payment itself is processed by whatever card processor the checkout uses; golungora.com never receives the card number, the CVV or a bank account, and has no way to.
What crosses back to this site, if anything, is a record that a sale happened through a link we published, used to calculate the commission mentioned on the terms page. It does not include your card details or, in most setups, your name.
Cookies, analytics and anything that watches you browse
As these pages are built right now, golungora.com does not set a tracking cookie or run a third-party analytics script of its own. There is no ad pixel, no session-recording tool and no cross-site tracker anywhere in the code that renders this page.
A small button on some pages lets you copy a batch number to your clipboard. That runs entirely in your browser, touches nothing on a server, and is forgotten the moment you close the tab. It is the closest thing to "local storage" this site uses.
The web server itself, like almost any web server, may keep a short technical log: an IP address, a timestamp, which page loaded. That log is a security and maintenance tool, not a profile of you, and it is not cross-referenced with an email address or a name.
Adding an analytics tool or a cookie later would mean rewriting this section and moving the date at the bottom of the page. Nothing here is written to stay accurate forever without being checked; it is written to be accurate on September 30, 2026.
Two inboxes, and which one holds what
This website's inbox
Email listed at the foot of the page, Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. Built for page errors, typos, privacy questions and press. Whatever you send sits in that inbox and gets a reply from a person, not an order system.
The order desk
Phone and email listed at the foot of the page. Built for orders, tracking, changes and refunds, and it needs an order ID to do any of those, which is data the checkout collected, not this website.
An email to the wrong one is not lost, it is just slower, because it has to be forwarded to the right desk before anything happens. Anything you send us is kept only as long as it takes to answer and for a reasonable while after, in case a follow-up question needs the same thread, and it is not passed to an advertiser at any point.
Rights some US states give you over your own information
| A right some US states give residents | What it means in plain words |
|---|---|
| Know what is held | Ask what personal information, if any, a company has about you. |
| Get a copy | Ask for that information in a form you can take with you. |
| Correct it | Ask for a mistake in your own information to be fixed. |
| Delete it | Ask for it to be removed, subject to a few normal exceptions like finishing a refund already in progress. |
| Opt out of a sale | Tell a company to stop selling your information. This site has none to sell, so there is nothing to opt out of. |
| Be treated the same either way | A company cannot punish you, with worse service or a higher price, for asking about any of the above. |
Those rights exist under a handful of state privacy laws that do not all cover every visitor the same way, and this page is not a substitute for reading your own state's law. What is true regardless of which state you live in: this site holds very little about you to begin with, sells none of it, and the website inbox is the one place to ask about any of it.
Children under 13
The Lungora label itself restricts use to adults 18 and over, and to no one pregnant or nursing. Separately, and regardless of the product, golungora.com is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If a parent believes a child sent us an email, write to the website inbox and it will be deleted, not answered as a normal message.
How to actually reach someone about your data
Write to the website inbox
Send a note to the website inbox, describing what you want: a copy of what is held, a correction, or a deletion. This is not the order desk, so do not include a card number or an order ID you want kept private.Expect a reply within the stated hours
Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. A request outside those hours waits for the next open slot rather than going unanswered.Use the order desk instead for anything about a purchase
Contact the order desk for tracking, a refund or a change to an order already placed; the website inbox cannot see or touch any of that.
Changes to this policy
This policy describes the site as it is built on September 30, 2026. If the pages change, so does this page, and the update date moves with it rather than staying put out of habit.
It sits alongside the terms and conditions, which cover the affiliate relationship and how the content on this site is meant to be used, and the disclaimer, which covers the health-claim side of things. Read together, the three pages describe what this site is, what it collects and what it is not claiming.
Privacy Policy: common questions
Does golungora.com see my card number?
No. Payment happens on the seller's own checkout at getlungora.com, handled by its payment processor, and never passes through this website.
Do you sell my information to advertisers?
There is nothing to sell. This site does not collect enough personal information to build an advertising profile, and it does not load a third-party ad tracker in its own code.
Which inbox handles a data request?
the website inbox. That inbox answers privacy, page and press questions; it cannot see an order, so keep an order ID or a card number out of that message.
Where does an order actually go, then?
To getlungora.com, the seller's checkout. Tracking, refunds and order changes go through the order desk, not through this site.
Do you use cookies?
This site's own code does not set a tracking or advertising cookie. A small clipboard-copy button on some pages works entirely in your browser and stores nothing on a server.
What happens to an email I send you?
It sits in that inbox until it is answered, and for a reasonable while afterward in case of a follow-up. It is not forwarded to an advertiser.
I live outside the US. Does any of this apply to me?
The state-privacy-rights section is written for US residents. Regardless of where you are, this site still collects very little, and the same inbox answers any question about it.
What if I think a child sent you a message?
Write to the website inbox. The message gets deleted rather than answered, in line with not knowingly collecting information from anyone under 13.
