How to Take Lungora: Daily Dose and Simple Routine
Take one Lungora capsule a day with water.
If you miss a day, skip it and do not take two together. One bottle of 30 capsules lasts 30 days, stored below 30°C.
Before you start, check side effects and interactions.

The one instruction, and everything around it
One capsule a day is the whole dose. Here is what the label does and does not tell you about the rest of the day.
Everything Lungora asks of you fits on one line of the label. One capsule, once a day, for as long as the bottle lasts. There is no morning-and-evening split, no rising dose in the first week, and no cycle of days on and days off described anywhere in the material we were given. The questions worth answering are not about the dose itself, which never changes, but about the gaps around it: what the label leaves for you to decide, what happens on a day you forget, and where the bottle should physically sit in your home.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| How many capsules a day? | One. |
| What time of day? | Not stated on the label. Published listings suggest a consistent time. |
| With food or without? | Not stated on the label either way. |
| What if I miss a day? | Skip it and resume the single-capsule pattern the next day. |
| Can I take two to catch up? | No. The caution line rules out exceeding the recommended dose. |
| Where should the bottle live? | Somewhere cool and dry, below 30°C, out of reach of children. |
What taking Lungora actually looks like day to day
Strip away the marketing and the instruction is four words long. Here is what surrounds it.
- Pick one time
The label leaves the clock to you
The printed instruction is “take one (1) capsule daily,” full stop. No hour, no meal, no drink is named anywhere on the panel.
- A habit, not a rule
Published listings suggest water, same time daily
Retail listings for Lungora suggest swallowing it with a glass of water at a consistent time. That is a convenience tip from a seller, not an instruction printed on the bottle, and skipping the water changes nothing about the capsule itself.
- Swallow it, done
One capsule, not a ritual
There is no build-up phase and no loading dose described anywhere in the material we were given. Day one looks like day thirty.
- Same time tomorrow
Consistency is the only lever you actually have
Since nothing on the panel is dosed by time of day, the only thing repeating a fixed slot buys you is a habit you can keep for 30 days straight.
Read the label with us, word for word

The exact words on the bottle
Suggested Use: “As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily.”
Caution/Warning: “Do not exceed recommended dose / Not for use for those under the age of 18 or pregnant or nursing mothers / Consult with a physician prior to use especially if you are taking a medication or have a medical condition.”
Storage: “Store this product in a cool dry place below 30 C (86 F).”
That is the whole instruction set. Everything else on any Lungora page, including the water and the timing suggestion above, is context we are adding, not a rule the label states.
What to do about a missed day
Nothing here treats a missed capsule as an emergency, because the label does not either.
Notice you missed it
You realize partway through the next day, not five minutes late. That is the normal way this happens.
Skip the missed one entirely
Do not take a late capsule once the next day’s dose is due. There is no catch-up dose described on this label, because there is nothing on it dosed by the clock to begin with.
Resume on the regular one-a-day pattern
Take your normal single capsule at your usual time and carry on. One missed day changes nothing about the bottle’s count or your next 29 doses.
Why never to double up, even once
The caution line is explicit: “Do not exceed recommended dose / Not for use for those under the age of 18 or pregnant or nursing mothers / Consult with a physician prior to use especially if you are taking a medication or have a medical condition.” Doubling up is exceeding the recommended dose by definition, and it is exactly what that sentence is telling you not to do.
The magnesium reason
One capsule already supplies 80 mg of elemental magnesium. The supplemental upper limit is 350 mg a day from all sources combined, per National Institutes of Health, 2026. Two capsules at once still sits under that limit on its own, but it stacks faster against anything else you take that day, and loose stools show up well before 350 mg for some people.
The undisclosed-amount reason
Alpha lipoic acid inside the blend can lower blood sugar, and rare but real reports describe insulin autoimmune syndrome tied to it, per Li et al., 2021. Nobody, including us, knows how much alpha lipoic acid is in one capsule, so nobody can tell you what two at once actually delivers.
Storage: keep it below 30°C, on purpose
| Instruction | As printed | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Temperature | Below 30°C (86°F) | A closet or pantry shelf, not a car glovebox, a windowsill or next to a stove. |
| Moisture | Cool, dry place | Not the bathroom cabinet. Steam from a shower reaches most bathroom shelves. |
| Seal | Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing | Check the seal before the first capsule comes out, not after. |
| Children | Keep out of reach of children | The cap is not described as child-resistant, so treat placement as the safeguard. |
Where it belongs
A kitchen cupboard away from the stove, a bedroom drawer, or a pantry shelf all sit comfortably below 30°C in most homes.
Where it does not
A bathroom shelf, a car in summer, or a sunny windowsill can all pass 30°C for hours at a time.
What heat does
The label does not describe a heat-damage symptom to look for. Treat a bottle left somewhere hot as one to replace rather than gamble on.
The 30-capsule, 30-day arithmetic
| Kit | Bottles | Capsules | Days at one a day | Refund window closes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 Bottles | 2 | 60 | 60 | Day 60, right as the kit runs out |
| 3 Bottles | 3 | 90 | 90 | Day 60, while the kit still has 30 days left |
| 6 Bottles | 6 | 180 | 180 | Day 60, while the kit still has 120 days left |
Thirty capsules, one a day, thirty days. That is the entire calculation for a single bottle, and it is the reason the kits scale so cleanly: two bottles is 60 days, three is 90, six is 180. There is no second dosing rate anywhere on this label to complicate the sum.
The one place the arithmetic gets uncomfortable is the guarantee. It closes at day 60 no matter which kit you bought, so the three and six-bottle kits are still being taken well after the window to return them has shut. More on that trade-off is on the results timeline page and the guarantee page.
Making the one-a-day habit stick
None of this is on the label. It is what actually gets a 30-capsule bottle finished on schedule.
- Keep the bottle somewhere you already stand every day, like next to a toothbrush or a kettle, rather than in a drawer you rarely open.
- Pair it with something you already do daily, such as breakfast or locking the front door, so the capsule rides along on an existing habit.
- Leave the bottle where you can see the capsule count drop. Thirty capsules make a visible, countable month.
- If a whole week slips by unopened, that is a sign the chosen time of day is not realistic, not a reason to double up to catch up.
What daily use does not change
This is still a supplement, not a fix
Taking it on schedule does not change what it is. Nothing about consistent use turns a magnesium and antioxidant capsule into a treatment for a lung condition.
Watch your own breathing, not the calendar
Shortness of breath, a cough past three weeks, coughing up blood, wheezing or chest pain are reasons to call a doctor, on any day of the bottle, missed dose or not.
Your other medicines still come first
An inhaler, oxygen or a prescribed maintenance medicine stays on its own schedule regardless of when you take this capsule. Nothing here is timed around, or a substitute for, any of them.
A finished bottle is not a verdict
Reaching capsule thirty tells you the habit held for a month. It does not, on its own, tell you whether anything changed, which is a separate question covered on the results timeline.
Who this fits and who should check with a clinician first is covered on the who it’s for page. Interactions and side effects, ingredient by ingredient, are on the side effects page. Questions about your own order go to the order desk listed at the foot of the page.
How to Use: common questions
Can I take it at night instead of the morning?
Yes. The label names no time of day at all, so any consistent slot works exactly as well as any other.
Does it need to be taken with food?
The label does not say. Published listings suggest a glass of water; food is not mentioned either way, so take it however sits best with you.
What happens if I take it on an empty stomach?
Nothing described on the label changes. If a capsule ever upsets your stomach, taking it with a meal is a reasonable adjustment, not a rule you are breaking.
I forgot for two days in a row. Do I take three today?
No. Take one today, one tomorrow, and let the missed days stay missed. Stacking doses is the one thing the caution line rules out.
Can I open the capsule and mix the powder into a drink?
The label describes a capsule taken whole. Opening it is not covered by the directions, so there is nothing here to confirm it behaves the same way.
Is it normal to feel nothing for the first week?
Yes. Magnesium and antioxidants do not announce themselves quickly, and one week is far short of where the underlying research even starts measuring anything.
Does the bottle need refrigeration?
No. The label calls for a cool, dry place below 30°C, which describes an ordinary cupboard, not a fridge.
How do I know if the safety seal was already broken?
Check the seal before you take the first capsule out. The label says plainly not to use the product if that seal is damaged or missing.
