Lungora Ingredients: All Six Names and the One Printed Amount
Lungora ingredients are magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract standardized to 95% curcuminoids and coenzyme Q10, all inside a 575 mg proprietary blend in each capsule. Only one amount is printed: 80 mg of magnesium, 19% of the Daily Value. The capsule shell is hypromellose, a vegetable capsule, and the other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid and silicon dioxide.

What the Lungora label lists
The Supplement Facts panel on Lungora has two parts. One line is measured and one total covers everything else.
| Line | As printed | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Magnesium | As magnesium glycinate, from the proprietary blend | 80 mg (19% DV) |
| Proprietary blend | Magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract 95% curcuminoids, coenzyme Q10 (as ubiquinone) | 575 mg in total |
| Other ingredients | Hypromellose (vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, silicon dioxide | Not stated |
Federal rules allow a blend total in place of individual amounts, and this label uses that for everything except the magnesium. So you know all six names, but not how much of five of them is in a capsule.
What each Lungora ingredient is studied for
Credit where it is due: the label names all six blend ingredients, which is more than many panels manage. Here is what the published research on each one is about.
| Ingredient | What the research is about | Human lung evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Magnesium glycinate | An essential mineral, studied for low magnesium, sleep and muscle symptoms | Only by drip, in hospital, for severe asthma attacks |
| Alpha lipoic acid | An antioxidant studied mainly for blood sugar and nerve comfort | None found |
| Butcher's broom root extract | A vein herb studied for leg swelling and vein health | None found |
| L-carnitine | Moves fatty acids into mitochondria; studied for exercise and metabolism | None found |
| Turmeric extract 95% curcuminoids | A plant extract studied for joints and inflammation markers | None found |
| Coenzyme Q10 | A mitochondrial cofactor studied for heart and muscle outcomes | None found |
None of this makes the six ingredients worthless. All of them have real literature behind them. It means that literature is about veins, nerves, blood sugar, muscles and mitochondria, and that a bottle called a lung cleanse formula does not contain an ingredient chosen for lungs. Our post on butcher's broom covers the herb in detail.
Why the Lungora ingredient amounts are hard to pin down
Magnesium glycinate is roughly 10 to 14.1% elemental magnesium by weight. So 80 mg of magnesium needs somewhere between 567 mg and 800 mg of the compound. The whole blend is 575 mg.
At the low end, that leaves 8 mg or less for alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom, L-carnitine, turmeric and CoQ10 combined. At the other end of the range, it leaves nothing at all. The likeliest honest explanation is a buffered magnesium blend with a higher elemental share. The label does not say, and that is the real problem: you cannot check it.
Six ingredients sharing 575 mg, with the first one needing most of that space on its own, is not the same as six useful amounts.
The other Lungora ingredients
The capsule shell is hypromellose, a plant-based material, so there is no gelatin. Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid and silicon dioxide are fillers and flow agents that help the powder fill the capsule.
Gluten-free and dairy-free appear only as badges in the seller's artwork. The label itself prints no allergen statement, so anyone with a strict allergy should ask the order desk before buying.
Lungora ingredients and safety
Eighty milligrams of magnesium a day is modest, but it counts toward the 350 mg daily upper limit for magnesium from supplements. Add up any other magnesium you take.
Two blend ingredients have known interactions. CoQ10 has a reported interaction with warfarin, and alpha lipoic acid can lower blood sugar. Because neither amount is published, raise both with whoever manages a blood thinner or diabetes medication before you start. The label rules out anyone pregnant, nursing or under 18.
If your breathing has changed, see a doctor first, and keep any inhaler exactly as prescribed. For the habits that do have evidence, read what actually helps your lungs. The Lungora home page has the full label, line by line.
Questions readers ask
What are the Lungora ingredients?
Magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract at 95% curcuminoids and coenzyme Q10, in a 575 mg proprietary blend. Magnesium is printed at 80 mg (19% DV).
Does the Lungora label show the amount of each ingredient?
No. Only magnesium has a printed amount, 80 mg. The other five sit inside the 575 mg blend with no individual amounts.
Is there a lung-specific ingredient in Lungora?
Not on the panel. Butcher's broom is a vein herb, and the other five are studied for metabolic, nerve, joint and heart outcomes.
Is the Lungora capsule vegetarian?
The shell is hypromellose, a plant-based capsule, so there is no gelatin. The label prints no allergen statement, so ask the order desk if you have a strict allergy.
Can I take Lungora with warfarin or diabetes medication?
Ask your doctor first. CoQ10 has a reported interaction with warfarin, alpha lipoic acid can lower blood sugar, and neither amount is published.
